In the interest of greater public accountability, GP practices are required to declare the mean net earnings (average pay) for their GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients.  

The average pay for GPs working at Lechlade Medical Centre and The Park, Cirencester in the last financial year (2021/22) was £46,724 before tax and national insurance. 

This is for 2 full time GPs, 10 part time GPs and 6 locum GPs (working in the practice for more than six months.)
