Supporting Carers

Carers
If you are supporting someone, whether it be emotionally, physically or both, you are a Carer even if you don’t think of yourself as one.
Sometimes, caring can feel overwhelming, challenging and isolating. Sometimes, it can bring about feelings such as guilt or sadness. Sharing those feelings and speaking to someone who will listen can go a long way in addressing any caring-related issues you may be experiencing.
It is important you let us know if you are a Carer or think you may be a Carer. This will allow us to support you to receive the support and advice that you need.
